Description

The Young Mentors Program is designed for 12th-grade students who have participated in the Eitanim program for at least two years and are ready to take the next step by becoming mentors for the next generation.

The program is designed to prepare participants to guide and support middle and high school Eitanim groups, work alongside experienced industry mentors, provide feedback to younger Eitanim participants, and help them advance their projects by drawing on the knowledge and experience they gained as Eitanim participants themselves.

During their senior year, Young Mentors take on greater independence and responsibility. They help lead high school groups, support teams throughout the project development process, and serve as role models for younger participants, while continuing to strengthen their own leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to make an impact.

The program creates a continuous cycle of leadership, where Eitanim graduates grow into leaders, mentors, and role models for the next generation. Along the way, they develop leadership, entrepreneurship, and responsibility skills that empower them to lead and make an impact both in their communities and in the business world.
