The Young Mentors Program is designed for 11th-grade students who have participated in the Eitanim program for at least two years and are interested in becoming mentors for the next generation.
The goal of the program is to prepare participants to guide and support middle and high school Eitanim groups, work alongside experienced industry mentors, provide feedback to younger Eitanim participants, and help them advance their projects by drawing on the knowledge and experience they gained as Eitanim participants themselves.
During 11th grade, participants complete a dedicated mentor training year, where they learn the fundamentals of mentoring and receive close guidance from experienced professionals. The training focuses on developing leadership skills, group facilitation, team mentoring, and providing effective feedback. At the same time, participants begin gaining hands-on mentoring experience by supporting middle school Eitanim groups alongside experienced mentors.
The program creates a continuous cycle of leadership, where Eitanim graduates grow into leaders, mentors, and role models for the next generation. Along the way, they develop leadership, entrepreneurship, and responsibility skills that empower them to lead and make an impact both in their communities and in the business world.
Participants must be entering grades 10 to 11.
Maximum: 30
Registration starts on 04/09/2026 and ends on 03/18/2027.
